MADIBA PALM TREE FARM PROJECT

- An Exclusive Wealth Creation Opportunity -

DR. OLUMIDE EMMANUEL
CEO of Common Sense Group, Madiba Global, and President of The Billionaires Conclave

In 2021, I made a personal decision to invest in palm tree and cashew farming — not just for profit, but to conduct a thorough, hands-on study into wealth creation and long-term sustainability through cash crop farming. After several years of research, observation, and practical engagement, I am delighted to announce the birth of Madiba Palm Tree Farm, in partnership with Assetrise, our trusted farm management partner.

We have acquired 2,000 hectares of land across Ewekoro and Obafemi, Ogun State, strategically positioned for large-scale cultivation and expansion. The official launch is set for January 2026, during the Global School of Money Summit.

This pre-launch phase presents a rare opportunity for visionary individuals, families, and organisations who think beyond today — those who understand that true wealth is built and sustained through assets that continue to produce value for generations. It’s not just about farming; it’s about securing a future of consistent, generational cashflow.
